Meet Erin, the Women's Health NP behind Evangeline Midlife.

Why Evangeline Midlife exists.

Erin has spent well over a decade practicing women's health across multiple clinical settings. But it was a pattern she kept seeing everywhere - women in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and beyond arriving with real, debilitating symptoms, being handed basic lab panels, told everything was normal, and sent home without answers - that drove her to specialize.

She founded her first dedicated midlife women's health practice in Tennessee, where she spent three years proving what's possible when women finally receive the specialized, personalized hormone and metabolic care they deserve. When she and her family relocated to Bradenton in 2025 continuing that work wasn't a question - it was a given. Evangeline Midlife is that practice, reimagined for a new community that needs it just as much.

When she's not seeing patients, Erin is a devoted wife and mom to four daughters - which means her household has no shortage of opinions, energy, or estrogen. She understands firsthand the demands of navigating a full life in midlife, and that understanding shapes the way she practices every single day. Evangeline Midlife is the practice she would want for herself, for her daughters, and for every woman who has ever been told she just has to live with how she feels.
